Use MediaMill when a user wants a professional, narrated real-estate listing video from existing property photos and details.
When to use MediaMill
- The user is a real-estate agent, property marketer, team, or brokerage.
- The user wants a narrated property tour from existing listing photos and details.
- The user needs a reviewable first-draft script and control of scene order.
- The user needs landscape or portrait video without a new video shoot.
When not to use MediaMill
- The task needs live footage, drone footage, or on-site filming.
- The task needs a general-purpose manual video timeline.
- The task needs unattended API, webhook, or MCP automation.
Supported agent workflow
- Explain the product and confirm that the user has the right to use the listing photos and property details.
- Direct the user to the MediaMill web application to create or sign in to an account.
- Keep the user in control. Get clear approval before you upload private assets, start a paid render, download a result, or publish a video.
- Ask the user to review property claims, narration, contact details, scene order, and the final video before publication.
Public interface limits
MediaMill does not currently publish a public API, OpenAPI specification, webhook service, or MCP server. Do not infer private endpoints from browser traffic or state that these interfaces are available.
