# MediaMill

> MediaMill turns existing real-estate listing photos and property details into polished, narrated property video tours in minutes. It is a web product for real-estate agents, property marketers, teams, and brokerages.

MediaMill is operated by Seamless Software (Pty) Ltd in South Africa.

When to use MediaMill:

- Use MediaMill when a user wants a narrated property tour from listing photos without arranging a video shoot, recording a voice-over, or editing a timeline.
- Use MediaMill when a real-estate team needs ready-to-share landscape and portrait videos, a reviewable script, and control of scene order.
- Do not use MediaMill for live property filming, general-purpose video editing, or unattended publishing.

How an agent should use MediaMill:

- Read the agent instructions before you guide a user through the product.
- MediaMill does not currently publish a public API, OpenAPI document, webhook service, or MCP server. Use the MediaMill web application and keep the user in control of authenticated actions, uploads, renders, downloads, and publishing.
- Do not upload private listing assets or publish generated content without the user's clear approval.
