Your Content Ownership

You retain complete ownership of all media assets you upload to MediaMill.ai. This includes:

  • Property photos and images
  • Property descriptions and listing details
  • Generated videos and scripts
  • Any custom branding or logos

We do not claim any ownership rights over your content. You grant us only the limited license necessary to provide our services, such as processing your media to generate videos.

How We Use Your Content

Your uploaded media and generated content are used solely for:

  • Generating property tour videos as requested by you
  • Providing our AI-powered video editing and script generation services
  • Temporary processing and rendering of your videos
  • Storing your content for your future access and use

We will never:

  • Sell or license your content to third parties
  • Use your property images or videos for marketing without explicit permission
  • Share your content with other users or publicly display it
  • Use your content to train AI models without your consent

Information We Collect

Account Information

  • Name and company information
  • Billing information (processed securely through our payment provider)

Usage Data

  • Log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited)
  • Service usage patterns and preferences

Product Analytics

We use PostHog to collect aggregate product analytics. This helps us understand how people use MediaMill.ai and improve the service. Analytics starts when you use the website unless you turn it off.

PostHog runs in cookieless mode. It does not store analytics cookies or use browser local or session storage. PostHog makes a temporary identifier from the IP address, user agent, website host, and a salt that changes each day. PostHog removes the IP address before normal event processing. The identifier cannot recognize a visitor on a later day.

We collect page visits, browser and device information, event times, and a limited list of product events. Examples include starting a listing import, starting a video render, and copying a share link. We do not use autocapture, session replay, person profiles, or stable account identifiers.

We do not send form values, property descriptions, video scripts, uploaded media, names, email addresses, listing IDs, video IDs, account IDs, or organization IDs to PostHog. We remove query strings and private identifiers from page paths.

We process this limited data for our legitimate interest in measuring and improving MediaMill.ai. We do not use it for advertising, personal profiles, or decisions about individual people. We retain it only for as long as needed for these purposes and our legal duties.

You can turn analytics off at any time through the link in the website footer. We store one necessary first-party preference cookie for up to one year when you turn analytics off. Turning analytics off does not limit the service.

We use PostHog's European Union cloud service. We use contractual and technical safeguards for this processing.

Data Storage and Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

  • Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Secure cloud storage with encryption at rest
  • Regular security audits and updates
  • Access controls and authentication

Content Retention and Deletion

You have full control over your content:

  • You can download your generated videos at any time
  • You can delete your content from our servers at any time
  • Upon account closure, all your content is permanently deleted within 30 days
  • We retain no copies of your content after deletion

  • Cloud Infrastructure: For secure data storage and processing
  • Payment Processing: For billing (we do not store payment card details)
  • Analytics: PostHog processes limited, cookieless usage data for aggregate service measurement
